The French Connection: Palm Beach Opera and the Belle Epoque at Norton Museum of Art. Palm Beach Opera’s Bailey Apprentice Artists perform French opera highlights from the Belle Epoque. Alexis performed “Depuis le jour” from Louise, “Belle Nuit” from Les contes d’Hoffmann and the final duet from Thaïs.

The Resident Artist Showcase featured a curated evening of opera scenes performed by PBO’s Benenson Young Artists and Bailey Apprentice Artists inside The Cornelia T. Bailey Opera Center. Alexis performed as Musetta from La bohème and the title role in Arabella. Read a review of Alexis here.

Alexis sings arias “I Want Magic!” from A Street Car Named Desire as well as “Vissi d’arte” from Tosca in Palm Beach Opera’s collaboration concert with the Boca Museum of Art. The concert was included in the Museum’s exhibit Smoke and Mirrors: Magical Thinking in Contemporary Art.

Alexis competed at the Atlanta District of the Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition.
